2 Cups Schizandra Cinnamon Tea
1 Blood Orange
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Avacado
1 Tablespoon Lucuma Powder
1 teaspoon Astragalus extract
2/3 Cup Fresh of Frozen Blue Berries
Blend until creamy
