Creamy Schizandra Blueberry Tonic

Schizandra Blueberry Tonic

Combine in Blender:

2 Cups Schizandra Cinnamon Tea
1 Blood Orange
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Avacado
1 Tablespoon Lucuma Powder
1 teaspoon Astragalus extract
2/3 Cup Fresh of Frozen Blue Berries

Blend until creamy

4 cups water
handful Schizandra Berries
Stick of Cinnamon
pinch of licorice root

Bring water to boil, add all ingredients, simmer 15 minutes.
Repeat using the same herbs....
