Immune Boosting Tonic

2 or 3 cups chaga tea
banana
handful of fresh chicory leaves or any other greens
handful goji berries
tablespoon Maca
teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
optional
handful almonds or raw milk



Tulsi Lemonade
this is a tremendous one for summer, substitute for Koolaid....
 
Spring Water,
Fresh Tulsi or Tulsi extract
Lemon,
honey, and
ginger to taste. 
(optional)
 pinch of good salt.
blend with ice....


Pumpkin Seed Nettles Pesto

1 Cup Stinging Nettles
1 Cup soaked almonds
1/2 Cup soaked pumpkin seeds
6 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 up Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 teaspoons Kelp (optional)













Creamy BlueBerry smoothie….

2 cups Springwater
Two bananas
one cup wild blueberries (freash or frozen)
2 tablespoons Maca Powder
1/3 cup soaked cashews  or 1 cup raw milk
*optionally you can add a handful of violet greenz

blend all ingredients in high power blender until smooth


Vanilla almond Nut Milk

1 cup soaked almonds
8 ounces filtered water
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

blend almonds and water till smoothe
pour mixture into nut milk bag
press out all liquid.
Blend nut milk with honey and vanilla
refrigerate


Green Juice

1 cucumber
2 cups tightly pressed parsley/chicory/violets or other greens
12 stalks of celery
* juice of 1/2 lime

If you are using a green star or champion, alternate handfuls of the greens with bits of cucumber or sticks of celery to keep the juice at its maximum flow.


Goddess Dressing

1 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup olive oil
spring water till desired consistency...
2 lemons
1/3 cup parsley
1/3 cup cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno
1 teaspoon sea salt
 

Add everything except the water to a high power blender and blend.  As it blends slowly add the water till it becomes your desired consistency.
